I haven't had to deal with this yet, but my guess is you don't. You just hope for the best and get lucky sometimes.

Hahaha you guys make me laugh... indeed it's more like they teach us!

I think Colin gets jealous when my hands are preoccupied with other stuff like the dishes or paperwork (instead of scratching him) and he attacks anything my hands are touching....laptop included! He bites it and puffs out his chest and chirps sternly at the screen haha
