Hello again. I wrote not too long ago about rehoming a 4 year old quaker parrot that was plucking his feathers, well today I noticed little black dots on his chest and one is quite big, a little smaller that a petit pois pea, I rang the vet but have to wait till tomorrow to get seen. I'm so worried now
