Urgent Black mark and peeling beak?

I will take her to a vet I just wonder what this could be? Do I need to separate her from her mate?
She's still very active, eating and drinking.
I saw her rub her beak on the perches a lot but only saw this black mark today

^Agree, just looks like bruised beak. I wouldn't divide them unless they are squabbling uncontrollably.
