Birds Eye Steamfresh Brown and Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots and Peas

While having it for dinner, I realized that it's a great mix for our birds. I am not picky when something needs more salt but this mix definitely tasted salt-less

Info about this mix:

• 100% whole grain
• Very low sodium (1% of daily allowance)
• Saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol and gluten FREE.
• Good source of vit A.
• All natural, no preservatives.

I checked the ingredients on the package and there is really nothing else in that mix except for what's in the name of this mix.
Easy to make (microwave).
I froze a few portions, because my birds liked it.

I love this. My birds eat it with me all the time. A freezer full of meat and steamable veggies keeps me eating healthy.
