Big Scooter did the skirt dance tonight!!

We've never finger played so i was surprised he gently reached for my fingers and nibbled on them and pulled them this way and that and over his head and around his side. I was just astonished and marveling at this sudden development! Then he made his wings into the skirt like stance and starting advancing on my arm....omg it was just amazing!

no no only if your vet prescribes it. Too many vitamins is a bad thing if you birds are already eating a healthy diet. Maybe i will remove my comment about the vitamins.... i don't want anyone to self prescribe

LOL My hubby is always laughing because Maxie (U2) will come over to me and want to follow me or perch on my hand etc and just be real sweet but not overly ummm...randy. Then hubby goes in and the second she sees him she hops to the floor and starts her skirt dance. As soon as he leaves she is back up on the perch or cage waiting for scritches and acting just fine.

All three of mine do the skirt dance ... they all do it after getting too many scratches or cuddle time in Jessie's case. I usually just walk away and don't encourage it. Although I can relate Saroj ... I was quite excited when Kylie did it along with regurgitating for the first time back in December.
