Some of you may know that Bailey, my Timneh, hasn't been well for the past few days. He passed away yesterday at the vet We don't know why he was sick except for a foreign object in his crop. When the doctors put him under yesterday to extract the object, he never woke up. My life is forever changed.

RIP my little Grey bird. Your life was short but while you were here, you brought so much joy to us. I will miss everything about you. There will be no other bird that could have brought more mischief into this house and been so funny while doing it. There will be no other bird that will ride on top of my head like you did, insisting I feed them, now. There will be no other bird that can ever, or will ever replace the bond that you and Sam had. Sam is grieving along with us. We will take care of him. You fly free Grey bird and cause as must mischief up there as you did here. You are loved beyond words and our home will never, ever be the same. I love you more then words can say. I am so sorry I could not be there for you and I am so sorry I could not save you. You will forever have a spot in my heart and no bird will ever, ever replace you. I love you baby.
