I know you have to let your linnie (or any bird in general) out of it's cage everyday to let him/her exercise and socialize with him/her, but do you guys know for how long? (Linnies especially!)

The longer the better. At least a couple of hours.

The longer the bird spends in the cage, the more important it is they have a very large cage with lots of toys and foraging activities available.
