Any options to lengthen a perch?

I have ended up with a 36" dragonwood perch. The diameter is suitable for Oggie or Amara, maybe as a large perch for Cypress, but probably too thin for Opie.
Problem.. Amara's cage is 37 inches across, Opie's cage is 38 inches across, and Oggie and Cypress' cages are 32 inches across.
So it's either 1 inch too short or 4 inches too long to be of use to anyone :(

Can you not saw 4inches off and add washers back on drill them back in or tie onto cage with zip ties maybe ?

my hubby done it for me before or my natural perches are just tied on with zip ties

Tilt it. Secret has perches that are diagonal.

Honestly if I didn’t have my husband god knows what travesties I would have in my birds cages he just seems to know what crazy plan in my head n does it even though what I told him wasn’t anything like how he did it or I tried before
