African Wildlife Photography :)

Hi everyone

Well I'm new here but I'm photography mad, so I saw this forum and had to post.

I've been lucky enough to live in a game reserve for a few years and as such have had some incredible sightings. Unfortunately I have 'bush internet' which translates to REALLY CRAP, so uploading lots of pics to here will take me forever, however I do have a small selection of my pics on my Facebook page if anyone wants to have a look

I also take millions of pics of my pets too of course!

Mainly though I love wildlife photography. Wild free animals and chance sightings. I've traveled extensively throughout South Africa, Botswana and Zambia, and been fortunate enough to go to some amazing places.

I have a Canon 40D which I've had for quite a while. No fancy lenses, just the 18-55mm kit lens, and a 55-250mm lens for long distance.

Several fabulous pictures in there. I can tell you spent a lot of time and a lot of shutter clicks getting those. My favorite are the mom and baby rear shots of the rhinos on the road and the leopard walking directly towards the camera.
