Urgent African lovebird is sick

I have a pair of blue mask african lovebird from last 1-2 months. Unfortunately from past 2 days one of them is unable to walk/fly. She is always sitting with legs wide open and she is not opening her leg fingers .

I visited a vet and she prescribed me multivitamin drops but i guess that is not the case.
Can someone please help with advises

She could be egg bound. Has she seen a veterinarian since this occurred?
