I'm joining photoshop cc. What shall i google for, to get instructions on making the 8x11 page? "How to create page in PS?". What's the technical jargon for the page you created? thanks so much to both of you!

@saroj12, in my version of Photoshop (CS3 Extended), once you open the program you click "File" at the top of page and then "New". A window will pop up asking you to set the width in height in either inches, pixels, cm, etc. You choose inches and set the width to 8 and the height to 11. It's quite simple on my version!

Alternatively, you can click "Image" at the top of the screen and then "Canvas Size". You can then set the page to 8 x 11 inches here!

I'm not sure if it's the same on every version of Photoshop though! Try googling Photoshop cc canvas size
