That is so sad. Saroj.
Is there any sign of improvement? Do you know if they were clipped when very young?
I seem to remember it was way back early last year you were trying to get them to fly, am I right.
I have seen a few bad flier's. It is upsetting to see them struggle to sustain controlled flight. Something they should be able to do as nature intended.
Rikki was a classic. back in July, she could not fly far, and made a lot of noise doing it.
Mostly straight line stuff. So when free flying her in the bird room, you only had to follow her around till she run out of puff. Then she was easy to take with a net. To get her back in her cage. Now she can maneuver more like a butterfly. And the noise level has dropped right away. I know she is a lot happier flying around.
True all my five fly free, so get plenty of practice.
It may take a long time and flying will come more natural. Fingers crossed.
