My 10/11 month old female Indian Ringneck did something weird, she kept going on my dads shoulder and screaming (my dad usually gives her food when she does this) but then she started doing regurgitating next to his ear? So I took her away then she flew back and did the same thing, I’d never seen her regurgitate before, she did also get some rice before, which she picked off the table before I could stop her, and Im not sure if she did that because maybe she eat rice or because it’s a sexual behavior? But she’s pretty young so not sure...At what age do ringnecks usually start showing hormonal signs?

Usually between 12 to 18 months, however regurgitation is not solely a hormonal activity. Young birds will practice regurgitation with their parents :)
