One thing they aren't synced on. I don't need him telling me to get up at 6 am though, he doesn't even want to get up then and grumps for me getting on the computer

Tau seems to be noticing the sunset more than the lights. During the height of summer when the sun sets later he'll roost when I close the curtains (his signal). Now the days are shortening he's roosting earlier. He's roosted right now (sunset) even though the curtains are still open. Can't wait for winter and the 7 hour days he's going to let me enjoy.
