Urgent Yellow skin around head wound

My parakeet has a wound on his head caused by my other parakeet and the skin around it is turning yellowish. Also the wound has a scab that's slightly come off. What does the yellow skin mean

Yellowing skin is so diverse depending on other factors. It could be healing, or it could be infected. Have you taken him to the vet?

The yellow is gone now and he seems fine
