at least 3-4 hours if not more i spend almost all my time in my room
If only 3-4 hours I would look to get something much much larger. If you haven't already gotten your Linnie, I would wait until you can get a cage like this: Kings Cages SLF 2818 Flight Cage 28X18X56 or bigger.
You can look for some big cages on places like facebook marketplace ect. But just make sure to clean it properly with bird safe cleaners.

This is a nice cage. Unfortunately I don't know how to include a link so I did a screen shot.

You would leave out the dividing panel. This is on Amazon.

It is a good length and width. It can be used without the stand so it can be sat on a table or desk. Bar spacing is less than 1/2 inch. It does have what is called guillotine doors but they slide over the feed cups so a small bird is not going to be able to lift them and get trapped. The doors do not extend above the feed cup. The one thing you will need to be careful of, is the space where the divider slides in you may have to zip tie something to cover that space.

This cage is the same size as thee first one you posted. Once you remove the stand the dimensions are the same.
actually this one is longer. But it is a heavier gage and the food doors are much safer.

Don´t rush buying a cage. It is the most important purchase you will make for your bird, and if you choose one you regret, it will end up costing you much more to buy a second. I know I bought a cage I regret (one of those super tall cages) and I hated it with a passion not just for it´s shape for my bird to enjoy, but also, it was a nightmare to clean.

One of my rehome's came in one of those 18" tall cages. It was impossible to provide any three dimentional activity for him, it was all just back and forth.

It says 1/2" which is what you want, but 18x18 is quite small

They bar spacing is 1/2inch so that would be ok. But the cage itself is too small. It is only 18x18inches. You shouldn't get anything small than 24x18. You need to have room for your bird to fly from perch to perch and still have room for toys.

The only issue I am aware of is it has a plastic tray at the bottom. But that is a minor issue. And Kings is a good solid long term cage company so you could get a replacement tray if that one cracks.

Love especially if you can get in white. Also love the one posted in white thst is more expensive!
I personally have found my parrots love tge white. Seems to let un light better. When I was switching out to white but still had a black one all the parrots kept trying to relocate to the white ones
