Would a thread about endangered bird list for identification count as Animal Rights?

I've been planning on making an endangered bird list by region which come from links of other websites (not charities, i made sure of that)
but the AA rules say not to post any Animal Rights, Non-Pet Ownership or Controversial animal topics.

So I don'd really know if it falls under it since it's information yet it can be taken in different ways.

I wouldn’t think so? It’s not really an opinion-based thing so much as scientific fact and evidence.

Some people do have strong feelings about the endangered species act

But animals being on the list itself is just a matter of record.
