One of my children currently has threadworms (pinworms). She is the main carer for our Kakariki. Should I worm our Kakariki? If so, could anyone advise if they have done it before.

Looks to me like a vet visit may be a good idea or at least a call to them to see if you can get some preventative treatment for your bird.

I think human pinworms are humans only and not passed to pets or from pets us.
