Our order from Pet Products by Nature arrived today.

Wow! that's alot of wood! Pre-drilled & ready to use,
we strung the jumbo and regular sized coins on a SS corkscrew purchased years ago from MPT.

Don't you LOVE the quiet, as they explore and destroy new things!
Mijo is thrilled with the various woods and the bark & textures.

The baskets are those new style of seagrass baskets, we simply hung them from cotton rope.

When you have a corkscrew (for those that may not know) there's no requirement for beinf creative! LOL
You simply slip pre-drilled wood onto the corkscrew...easy as can be, and so easy to re-fill the wood.

We'll definately be buying from Pet Products by Nature again! love those barky woods!

Sorry...I meant to say that the baskets are not actually on the same SS corkscrew as the new wood we got today. The baskets are hung on their own, behind the corkscrew.

That is fantastic! Is that a bamboo shade that you have them hanging from?

No, the bamboo is on the ceiling of our sunroom. None of our birds can access the bamboo at all.

The wood that is strung on the SS corkscrew, is hung from
a large stainless steel toy hanger, which is from Birdontherocks.com . We have the toy hanger attached & drilled into the Java tree.

The wood pieces, are all from : Pet Products by Nature

Oh, I see now! I was thinking it was a great idea either way lol. If you hung it from a bamboo shade you are saving your ceiling and you can clean it off. Should have looked at all the intricacies in the picture lol.

Also, how was it shipping to Canada? Did it take time, was it really expensive?

Hi...
The wood came from Scottsdale, Arizona...we're on Vancouver Island, B.C. ..so, it took about 10 days to arrive. The time consuming part is clearing Customs of course. It would take 4-5 days if that silly border wasn't there, lol.
Shipping was less than $30. I believe we bought 4-5 lbs of wood.
