Hello!
My budgie keeps on flipping her wing up like when you raise your arms up. She does it very slowly, and often leans to one side. Could this mean that she's hurt? She is still very energetic and playful. She still flies around, so I don't know whether or not I should bring her to a vet.

She’s just seems to be stretching, this is very normal when she’s happy.

Yep, sounds like stretching. Does it look like this?

If so it is completely normal.

It's more like if you put your hand to your armpit, and you raised it up. But thank you :D

Squeak hurt his little wing about a fortnight ago and spent the better part of two days doing a wing lift like you mention. He is fine now but he also does a similar movement if he has a feather out of place that he can’t seem to get back in.
A video would be helpful though just to be sure.
