BirdWorld
Rollerblading along the road
So I came inside after feeding the chickens, and as the downstairs door was closing (it’s a bit slow) a wild bird flew inside. S/he was a white throated sparrow. Obviously I was scared s/he’d go near the budgies and possibly transmit some disease or other, so I opened the door so s/he could go back out. Well, s/he was panicked, s/he flew in the opposite direction, up the stairs. I went up and could not find him/her anywhere for the life of me, so I assumed s/he had gone back out and I hadn’t seen. I anyways put the bird cage in my bedroom just incase the sparrow was still inside somewhere. A few hours later I was sitting in the living room when I heard the unmistakable sound of a bird flying. Turns out it had taken refuge in the Christmas tree! S/he was quite calm and unharmed, I toweled it and brought it back outside. Here is a picture of the little guy.

I have named him/her Butter. Because s/he’s slippery, and has yellow.
