Why is wings hanging?

Baby fife.....why is his wings hanging like that? He eats and drinks normally

It is still a chick. Out of nest for about 4 weeks nou

Not sure about sex. Still a chick about 4 or 5 weeks out the nest now

He doesn’t feel well. He’s a little puffed plus wings are droopy.
