Why is my bird agressif suddent?

I though i finaly started to get along with my bird.i used to eat with him ehile watching a movie et train him.he went daily on my shoulder (even tho he cant fly).3 days ago, he serms really distant and agressif he bites me when im not even touching him and doesnt listen to me anymore.is he mad im changing his diet? Is it hormones?

How old is your bird? And what species?

The first spell of hormones is often the hardest for us humans to cope with.

A few things I recommend:
1. Ensure your bird is getting 12 hours of good quiet sleep.
2. Limit petting to the head and neck as anywhere else could cause a sexual reaction from your bird.
3. Limit excess sugar and fat in the diet. Overabundance of foods like fruit, nuts, and seed can make your bird think it’s mating season.
4. Avoid feeding warm mushy foods like oatmeal since it emulates regurgitated food from another parrot.
