Urgent Why does my parrot have these feathers?

Hi, I would like to know why my parrot has suddenly gotten these white feathers. Every time one falls out, another comes back in its place. He is 7 years old, and I genuinely have no clue what happened.

Do I need to change diet? Is it a sickness? Is it because of age?

What does he normally look like when he molts?

If this is unusual from his previous molts, take him to an avian vet. Good luck.
