Very sassy and shy. So dramatic yet reserved. I will never stop saying that Kailua suffers from multiple personality syndrome. She even uses different voices with each one.
Just when I think I'm starting to understand her she does something that proves me completely wrong. Since I think I've owned her 10ish years now I'm pretty convinced I will never fully understand but... whatever. I adore her mentally twisted personality and can play into whatever madness or sweetness she dishes out.

Let me make myself clear that I own 7 macaws and this one... is not normal.
