Hi.
My 2 y cockatiel has a parasite problem and she's taking antibiotics every 12 h(metronidazole and cefalexin). Its about a week now and she's better based on her activity and vet sayings.
One days ago we had a problem and she missed 2 doses in a row(metronidazole only).
Today i noticed a white bump on her tongue and the texture around it is so red like she's bleeding (im not sure if she had it before that). And blood in her droppings
Im eating my self with the idea that its all because the two doses that i failed to provide.i know there are other possibilities but i cant get it out of my head.
The vet is closed for next few days so please HELP.

Maybe try contacting a vet online? There are special websites for that, make sure the website is reliable though, hope your birdie gets better

I would try to go to a different vet. It probably isn’t caused by missing two doses, and like you said, she could have had it before that, but blood in droppings would be an emergency.
