White bubble on Linnie's beak

Hi y'all! I took my linnie for a shower this morning and I noticed that he had this white/cream-colored bubble-like on his beak. His beak doesn't seem tender and there is no change in his appearance or appetite. Does anyone know what this may be? It almost looks like a seed is stuck on his beak. I attached some photos below. Any help and advice is appreciated, thank you <3
