Which would be more effective: Bleach or disinfectant?

I have a second hand aviary I am in the process of cleaning and disinfecting. I am still in the cleaning part.
It is basically entirely made of metal. I am unsure whether bleach or disinfectant would be more effective, thoughts? The aviary isn't going to be used for a fair few weeks.

Bleach reacts with some metal so I’d go an all purpose cleaner then disinfectant
Ok, I’ll order some disinfectant and continue my cleaning in the mean time.

F10 SC veterinary disinfectant is widely used by many of our members.

Boy… that was a long link! I don’t shop Amazon as a rule but this is a good price and is VERY concentrated.
