when is the honeymoon over?

I have had my loving, almost four year old U2 for nearly three months and he is still so neat! I love him and enjoy him so much!! He is messy, but that's because I provide him with sooooooo many delightful things to chew and shred and toss about. He adores my 4 & 5 year old grandkids and never meets a stranger. I am blessed! When will the honeymoon end?

3 months is a pretty common period for honeymoons. They may last as long as a year depending on the circumstances. If the bird bonded with you and sees you as a mate you may never see an end to the honeymoon. That may not be true for other people that he does not view that way. There are no rules, just common scenarios.
