I wasn't sure where to put this but I thought since I was asking for recipe ideas, this might be the best place.
Many of you may know that I make and sell a wonderful Organic grain/seed mix called Stater Mix. I called it that because I envision it as something that can be a base for other nutritious creations not just a dry cage mix.
So now to my point. I have fed it dry, soaked, sprouted and now cooked. BTW, I cooked it in the rice cooker, so simple!
See the birdies like it:
What would you do to spice it up and make it more of a meal?
I have thought of adding dried fruits and veggies.
I would love some thoughts from all my creative friends.
It already has a little cinnamon in it so maybe something that goes well with that? The grains it are wheat, barley, oats, buckwheat and millet.
