diy bird cage.jpg I'm about to make this type birdcage but: I Don't know how much the materials would cost for the cage(also need the details of how much a diy large 210 cm x 400 cm x 210 cm cage would cost)

I think you'd be better off just buying a flight cage.

So an aviary? Indoors out outdoors?

You'd have to cost the cage yourself. Materials cost different amounts depending on country due to issues like local availability, transportation costs, labour costs etc. Me telling you what materials cost in the UK simply wouldn't be applicable to you.

I'll tag @JLcribber

You have to be careful what materials you use. Some metals aren't safe for birds because of chewing and the possibility of metal toxicity. @JLcribber ?

Also, are you planning to put your tiel and lovebird in the same cage?

Your biggest cost is going to be the mesh. The rest of the material would cost very little because there isn’t much material. There’s a lot of labour and skill involved.

If the mesh was say$100 I could build that for $200. Would sell it for $400.
