What to leave in the cage?

I leave Jasper's pellets in his cage for the day, he's a healthy weight for his Sennie self, but I just was wondering if I'd be better off leaving a 'cage mix' in there as well? He gets fresh fruits and veggies (which he eats with considerable gusto ) in a separate dish that's removed after he eats what he wants.

Oh, by a 'cage mix' I mean something like this: Avian Naturals  nutritious healthy natural parrot food parrot supply treats gifts parts

I currently have the Goldenfeast gardenflora II mix sitting in the fridge.

If an all day 'cage mix' is a good idea, any recommendations?

I just leave pellets in the cage during the day. They get mash and fresh fruits in the morning and get some more in the evenings or a nutriberry or two.

Well are you gone at work or something during the day? I do leave a few treats to discover in forging toys to discourage boredom while I am at work.
