I want my 2 b&g macaw to be able to fly around in their cage but the largest xgae I can build for them is 5.7 meter wide
1.3 meter depth
And 2.3 m height
I know the depth is problematic but could it be nuff 4 em?

You'll want the depth to accommodate their swing span for flight and movement.
I'm not sure how big your two are but 2-3 meters should be okay as their wings can fit with wriggle room.

Whats the minimal size the depth should be?
really is no minimum size, they live on hundreds of acres land filled with wild life and trees. every bird that is caged is in a “too small cage”. i would say to not be stressed in captivity a cage big enough to allow the wings to open fully and the bird be able to do a 360 around without tail feathers hitting the bars as minimum for all.

I would try and make that atleast 2.5metres wide.

5.5x2.5x2.5metres is a good size aviary for 2 macaws

1.5 metre wide isnt enough for a breeding pair.

Do you have a picture of the area where you would like to build this area?

If it's a garage, you will probably need to consider light, damp and ventilation as well as space. Depending on what's been stored there, you may have to consider fumes (petrol, diesel, paint, gardening chemicals etc) and mould. Paper and cardboard can harbour aspergillus mould spores, which birds are particularly sensitive to.

just have to make sure you monitor humidity and temperature, if both of those conditions are met and the size of the cage is enough you shouldnt have a problem. Also need to make sure the lighting upgraded there its way too dark even given the side windows. I wouldnt put it outdoors unless temp was made stable and protected from the elements. would need ac/ heat /lighting. the garage looks exposed to the climate.
