What kind of bird is this?

Hello. I hope this is the correct thread to put this post in. I am new and learning. I found a sweet bird in my front yard. I am sure it’s someone’s missing pet because he/she has a ring around the leg. I have been posting in local area and searching for the owners. I was just curious to what kind of bird this sweetie is. I posted photos. I am a bird mom if a green check conure, but this sweetie doesn’t look to be one maybe? My son and I drove around the neighborhood to see if anyone is looking or maybe a flyer was posted, but so far nothing.

I am located in South FL. I truly have never seen a bird with these colors. I hope the owners put flyers out or maybe post in lost and found bird page on Facebook.

I would also say it looks very much like a Bourke's Parakeet.
