It looks more suspicious in the first photo than the second one. The first thing that came to mind was Scaly leg mites. To rule this out I would make an appointment with a vet to have a scraping done so it can be looked at under a microscope to rule it out or confirm it. Such a dilemma these days with the current world situation. Do you have an avian vet? While I don't think this is critical in the event it is scaly leg, it's not something you want to ignore. I would at least call your vet and have a discussion with them via phone. In the meantime, here's a link for you to read all about it. What is the current diet you have your bird on? Birds deficient in vitamin A are more susceptible to this condition. As you read down the page there is a link you can click on for common scaly mite treatments. Personally, I wouldn't do any at home remedies until you have it looked at. Do you have other birds too?
