Oh yea!!! He snatched the diamond right out of my wife's wedding ring. Took off and lost it. Never did find it. Diamonds aren't cheap. :(

OK, a diamond is up there BUT
Repairing a 130 year old floor/horse hair plaster/banister can add up also!

Leroy took out and we think swallowed a very valuable stone from a family heirloom ring. No way could I even find a stone of the same value or be able to afford to replace it with the same.
So my ring has another stone, nothing like the first and no sign of the stone. It has gone forever.
She is more precious to me than a draw full of rings, and was forgiven.
Anyway we cannot take them with us!

Angel is in to everything! She loves to go into my purse when I'm not looking and pull out money to take a bite out of. Pull up the keys on one of my laptops, and nibble a chunck out of my cords connecting my lap top to my samsung monitor. Amazing how fast she does these things.

Regardless of what Angel does, it's all replaceable. I love her so much.

My first big bird, Rasta (goffin cockatoo) did thousands of dollars woth of damage while we were living in my parents home. Talk about them being mad :o: He demolished the shutters (which were stupidly expensive), all thr moulding, baseboards, etc. Chewed up the display cabinets that had my moms figurines and such. Destroyed i dont know how many tv remotes, game controllers, artwork, pens... you name it. If it took attention from him it was destroyed :o:

I loved that bird  Naughty but he was just the best. Even with all that he destroyed, he could never do wrong in my eyes.

wow! I'm pretty lucky...
my birds haven't really "destroyed" anything expensive. There are a few Summer baby beak prints in the kitchen table from when she'd get fed in my lap but she's a good girl and stays on her stand now :)
The worst thing would probably be my nursing books while I was studying with the birdies...

My fids have never really destroyed anything expensive. Sammy has chewed the window sill, and the blinds, and the top of the closet door, has been chewed by her also, but the other fids have never chewed anything, well, the conures broke a few buttons off some of my shirts, haha, and the tiels have peeled a small section (dime sized), of paint off the walls, haha
