I'd say a flight cage is a good rule of thumb:
32 inches wide, 21 inches deep. Inside height (of cage) 35 inches. ½ inch bar spacing.

Metric estimates: 81 cm wide, 53 cm deep. Inside height 89 cm. 1.3 cm bar spacing
