What does this coo mean?

This is Olly. I’ve never heard a coo like his before. When I watch YouTube videos of cooing doves, it’s mostly just bow coos. My friend has had many doves in her lifetime and she hasn’t heard a coo like this from her doves.

Olly mainly coos in the evening, maybe a couple times in the morning. He also coos when I’m singing.

This is the only sound I’ve heard Olly make, it’s always this same coo.

I’ve asked people in my Facebook groups, and they’re also shocked by his coo as well. Someone even suggested he is a hybrid?

Anyone have any ideas?

That's the normal, I'm happy, coo.. all doves have different voices, ,,he/ she is talking to you.

Oh that's beautiful. Sometime's the coo isn't as smooth as normal and due to taking a breath or "restarting" or something the coo sounds a little different or jumpy. Doves don't only bow-coo though (as you must have realized by this time) - my guys will often just be sitting calmly and randomly coo. I think that's what Olly is doing here
