What do large droppings mean?

My cockatiel has begun pooping large amounts. I’ve noticed it happen once a day. He isn’t female but his mate has been nesting and he sits on the eggs for hours at a time. Could he be holding his poop until he leaves the nest? Should I be concerned?

The first stool of the morning is supposed to be substantially larger than a normal stool. Even for males.

Yes they hold their poop while sitting on eggs. Ive only seen my female do it. Its not to say all cockatiels do that, i just know mine did. Very very large poop. If at all possible she would wait until she was out of the cage to poop.
