We have a pair of plovers who have made a nest in the middle of our front paddock!

I will have to try for some photos. The kids and I are chuffed and the husband thinks we’ve lost our minds lol

Looks like a blue garden flatworm.
I do believe you are right. That is what I thought they were till some other people told me they were leeches lol We also get some similar looking things but they are orange, if I see one again I will snap a pic.
I am not impressed they eat wood lice and some of the other bugs but as they also eat snails (which I hate with a passion) they are welcome to stay! Thanks for your help!
