sorry it's been a really long time since I've been here. My life went topsy turvy. I had Apollo on Higgins small bird formula and it doesn't seem to sit with him well (we went to vet, they were clueless)
What do y'all feed your quakers? I know seeds are bad. What can I buy for him that would be good?

Is Apollo a baby? I ask cause the formula threw me off.

I give my quaker pellets, sprouted seeds(from the sprout people) , veggies (sweet potatoe, squash, carrot, peppers, sno peas, green beans, corn, zucchini, cauliflower, brocoli) and a little fruit.

My quakers are each currently given the following every day:

Dry bowl:
1 tbsp combined of Zupreem Natural and Roudybush Maintenance pellets
1 Lafeber nutriberry
1 Lafeber pellet berry

Wet bowl:
2 tbsp of chop
1/2 inch cube of Harrison's bird bread

They then can forage for seeds in their basket, which I put 1/2 tsp of seed in daily

Mine's diet is pretty similar to Mizzely's. Mostly pellets (Zupreem and Harrison's), a few Pelletberries or Nutriberries, and some fresh foods. I do sprouts instead of dry seeds when I can.
