This has been added to his list this month as well.

Its cold outside.
Do you want a scratch.
Step up.
Get your ball and Here's your ball
stopstop.
standard alarm clock sound
Look here.
Lol. That's great!!
Grayson started talking about 5-6 months old. I use bird phonics CD. They hear phrases and learn them.
The things grey grey says now...he changed his name from Grayson to grey grey... And we went with it....here's some he says...
Whatcha doing boo boo
Are you washy washy boo boo ( seeing me wash dishes)
Come on maggie..yum yum. ( calling dog for dinner)
What's that?
Grey grey a good boy
Awww love you
Momma outside
Yoo hoo maggie...potty ( calling dog for a potty)
Hi boo boo
MICHAEL!!! ( calling for me...calls me boo boo too.lol)
Grey grey go Poop. ( yep..ya sure did)
Noooooooo!
Awww ball. ( after he drops it by accident...and insists I pick it up)
I like it

Grayson also understands questions and commands.
For instance if I want to know where he's at in house I ask
" grey grey where are you?? " he answers back with whoo hoo!! If I ask if he likes it or wants to do something he bobs his head up and down saying yes.... If doesn't want to do it he will say " noooooo" very firmly. And ...lol...he knows the difference!
There s a few more words he says, just trying to remember them all. He'll spit out a whole paragraph or two non stop. In one go.
I'm going to have to set camera up and record it all sometime...quite hilarious.
Point is, with practice, your birds will talk people. Just talk with them. Have a sit down and chat session....

Finally here is a video of Tinker enjoying a little vacuuming from the hand vac.

Teresa hates this as she says it makes her look like she has a fat bum. I told her it's the wide angle lens that does that. LOL

Chatter box has more to add.
It's supper time.
Got your toe.
Tinkers on his window perch.
Where's my ball.
Here's your ball.

This morning I was in no hurry to go out to do anything since the temperature crashed to -10F.

This was my first hour with Tinker chattering at me today.

Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning, It's supper time. It's supper time. It's supper time. It's supper time. etc. etc. etc. Now we get the jungle talk and whistles with screeches for 15 minutes. Where's my ball. Where's my ball. Here's your ball. Here's your ball. Here's your ball. Now add some screeching for a few minutes and he tells me he is, Tinkers on his window perch. Tinkers on his window perch. Tinkers on his window perch. Some more muttering under his breath and a bit of jungle talk in between. then we start with, Got your toe. Got your toe. Got your toe. etc. etc.

He finally settled down and ate his breakfast and then napped for 5 minutes to start it all over again
At 10am I told him I had to go to work to finish a wood project for mom and he stepped up and went in his cage. Good Tinker!

To explain the "Got your toe." I have been touching his toes and saying that to him for weeks. He now lets me touch his toes and feet (Talons) without taking a hissy fit and biting me. Next trick is to let me use a nail file on the tips.
More blood coming your way courtesy of Tinker.

Great and funny update. ❤ :D

I have taught two of my parrots to accept nail filing like that.
For every nail done = sunflower.
But in the beginning I offer a sunflower for only touching the nail with the file.
What I found was important was that they must lift the feet and holding it up for me.
If I grab the feet I was easier to get a bite.
Therefore I taught them "high five" first. :)

Here is Akela doing it. (And Eliy is having fun with mom. :p )

Paco hasn't learned new words, and doesn't have a broad vocabulary, he has picked up a new whistle I taught him and he is learning the Andy Griffith theme whistle. He still cracks me up with Hoo Hoo in the morning, Paco is a pretty boy, Paco is a good boy and Paaaaco, and the chatter and says words not sure what they are. Greys are such characters! Oh and he screams bloody murder at his bell sometimes, bout scared me to death the first time I heard it.

I wouldn't be surprised if he soon say that he will have a coffee pod. :D

I love to watch videos of him. ❤
He is gorgeous and his feathers are in excellent condition. :)
