Weird spots on my lovebird - what are they?

I've noticed these odd brown-coloured spots littered all over my lovebird's body. It first started at her chest area but it's recently spread to her tail and wings.
She had a bath today but they didn't come off, and she's been acting her usual self - singing, dancing, playing .. etc. 1750071845038.png

Does anyone know what these are? 1750072151483.png

Does anyone know what these odd black-coloured spots are? Are they a sign of sickness or just molting?
Her behaviour hasn't changed, she's her usual playful self and has been having frequent baths but I'm worried about what these strange spots are

It's really hard to tell from these photos. Are they in the feathers? Do the feathers look complete or do they look like they are thin at the black parts? Or are they new feathers growing in perhaps?

They appear to be in the feathers themselves, like she just grew black feathers which sounds so strange.. she does have some small pin feathers nearby, so perhaps it could be that they're some odd-looking new feathers

What's her diet like? If they grow in black tipped like that, it could be sign of "stress" - which could be from diet, environment, etc. Basically the body was experiencing some sort of stress during feather production.

I give her a fair share of seeds (except sunflower seeds), vegetables (broccoli, cucumber, carrots, and a little bit of red peppers blended together), and fruits in a small bowl that she shares with Mordecai (my conure)

If she hasn't been to the vet in a while maybe this is a good time for a checkup to be sure. If her feathers keep growing in with black on them, it may be a sign that she needs something else in her diet that she's not getting. If already grown feathers are turning black, it could be that she's rubbing up against something and bronzing them.
