Weird Cooking Question

Hi, I am still learning how to take care of such a tiny parrot (my parrotlet Max). As long as I use a glass pan, is it safe to cook aromatic foods that they cannot ingest? My family is jonesing for some chocolate brownies and don't know if the particulates in the air (that make it possible for us to smell the food) are dangerous for their tiny lungs/air sacs?

Thank you in advance

Chocolate isn't safe due to the theobromine in it as it is hard for them to metabolize it. While theobromine in the air can cause lung irritation, I would think you'd need a LOT of pure chocolate being burned to be of any consequence.

Side note: I bake a lot of brownies lol
