Nothing, to my knowledge reacts with probiotics all it does is replace the flora and fauna of the natural ones in the digestive system All probiotics are are pretty much the same - although some will swear on one or the other.

She really and truly needs to see a vet - respiratory problems are always critical.

She’s also having respiratory issues. Panting after flying a bit. I’m scared to give any other medicine it might react with probiotic.

No she has been having all of this after the antibiotics. Here there are no qualified vets. They only prescribe antibiotics.
