Dr Metz works out of Vermont Veterinary Surgical Center in ClayPoint Rd Colchester.

He is one of our few qualified Avian Vets here in Vermont.

We have taken all three of our birds to him.

Debbie how did you like them? I live close enough to drive there, should I ever need their services, although my non avian vet did a fantastic job when Tequila had pneumonia. I would love to hear your thoughts though about this vet.

Dr Metz has many years of experience with birds. He's always pleasant and handles our birds with a lot of care, as do the assistants. He gave our first recipe for birdie bread (before I had joined a forum) and he also has special vitamin/mineral formulas.
