Urgent thread with no replies

I noticed an urgent thread posted like 6 or 7 hours ago on the 911 bird emergency highway but it has no replies. It looks like @CookieMang really needs help. I am thinking no one noticed this thread. I don't have enough privileges to reply to urgent threads. Plus, I know nothing about canaries. Could someone experienced please help this person?
