Thank you Leslie. I am going to grind up some Harrison's pellets and make a mash to see if I can get him to eat that. He is eating Goldenfeast right now, I just checked on him.

It is really nice a sunny in the bedroom and plenty warm so I decided to pull back the sheet on the sides of the cage. Well, when I did that, Tequila just started eating right away! He has been eating Harrisons pellets, TOPS pellets, his Goldenfeast, I mean he ate for five minutes straight without stopping! I wonder if the sides being covered was making him depressed? BF said when they are covered they dont eat as much because of not seeing as well and kind of being in like a hiding mode. Correct me BF if I didnt say that right. His heat lamp is still on and I am monitoring the temp to make sure it stays up but he really did seem happy to have the sides open. So here are some pics I took when he was in the middle of his eating fest!

Hi Ginger, Tequila is doing great! He has a couple more days of baytril and then we are done hopefully. He is still in our bedroom with the heat lamp but is spending time out in the living room on a playstand for periods of time. I am still giving him some handfeedings, now adding Avigain but he is also eating good on his own. He has follow up bloodwork in a month and hopefully we see his white count normal. Me...well this whole thing has thrown me for a loop. I am so behind with the holidays, decorating, shopping etc but my gift is that Tequila is getting well, so I am blessed with that. thanks for asking.

It has been interesting following your threads on Tequila. Seems that you now have experience in the struggle that many of us go through 24/7/365.
