For those who wanted to know; The little male is 75/25 Nigerian Pygmy/Dwarf & the little white female is 50/50. We won't bred them as he has been fixed. He is 6 months old and she is 4 months. They settled down in their small pen overnight. Barb said they were up early making some noise, so she went out to give them some grain. We are off to get some straw for bedding and hay/clover for feed. We have plenty of tall grass for them to feast on.
Right now it's raining, but it's going to clear up in a bit. They are bedded down to await better weather.
When I was in the Peace Corps (Costa Rica & Jamaica), they tried to make a farmer out me and that was 31 years ago. Funny how times have changed!

goats are so much fun!

Ours has a little house with a shelf in it that she sleeps on at night

they hate getting wet too - she hightails at the first raindrop and won't come out til the ground is nearly dry

would love to see more pics when you have time
