Ummm... Tape stuck to Rosie's feathers, how should I get it off?

Rosie flew over to me when I was wrapping a birthday present and got a huge piece of tape stuck to the feathers around her face. I tried to get it, but it's really stuck on there good... If I pulled, it would probably rip feathers out. What should I do? O____O

Maybe a shower would help....

Could you spray it with a bit of water, like give her a good shower to ruin the adhesive?

Failing that, a bit of a safe powder, like dried fruit or something, to clog up the adhesive

I had that happen to Bella too. At the time, she practically had a phobia of water, sk we ended up having to trim the tips of her feathers off. It was a really huge piece of tape compared to her.
